Application of the E-module combined with the Guided Inquiry Learning Model to Increase Student Motivation and Learning Outcomes on the Structure and Function of Plant Tissues

The low learning motivation of students is a classic problem that often occurs in the teaching and process has an impact on outcomes. One way can be used by teachers solving motivational problems student outcomes applying innovative media such as e-modules combined with guided inquiry models. This study aims to determine differences motivation, increasing relationship between through application material structure function plant tissue. research quantitative experimental methods design Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design. population this were 214 from class XI IPA at SMAN 1 Darul Imarah Peukan Bada Aceh Besar. sample consisted 121 who divided into two classes, namely control class. parameters are students. instrument for measuring 36 items ARCS questionnaire, while measured using 40 multiple choice tests. increase calculated N-gain formula. Data analysis see Mann Whitney test analysis, Pearson's Product Moment correlation analysis. results showed there students' (p <0.05), significant was conclusion after inquiry.
